Scattershooting while wondering whatever happened to the great

Sunday's Summary

My incomplete recap of the week

Some pictures of the now obsolete technology we were all using just a few years ago.

This does not make me happy. Craig is the best thing going on late night TV.

Aim low -

How about just don't ever use IE except to download Chrome, Firefox or Opera.

Stop using Microsoft's IE browser until bug is fixed, US and UK warn

This is pretty cool. Not your normal night at the drive-in.
Jimmy Buffett to perform at Coyote Drive-In June 19

Of course -

Interesting thoughts by Scott Adams. Be careful what you say.

May is National Bike Month.

It's already time for #TBT again. This week I bring you Little Billy's first fish. It happened during the summer of 1952 in East Hampton Long Island, NY which is now a very ritzy area. It wasn't 60 years ago. The buildings in the background were 2 or 3 room primitive cabins with outdoor showers and at the end of dirt/shell roads. I promise there is a fish on the end of that line. Besides my huge fish, the caretaker always had a cart full of fresh clams for sale (cheap) for meals. Fun memories.

And the times they are a changin'...

A little Misty as played by the composer. Erroll's playing will make you smile. When you watch this video, remember that Erroll Garner began playing the piano at age three, never had a lesson and never learned to read music. A true original talent.

Chrome - it's not just a browser or OS anymore.

Pretty good comedy routine. Obama at the White House Correspondent's Dinner. The POTUS routine starts around :40 of the video, followed by Joel McHale's monologue at 1:00.
